Jamie Lewis has been a multi-strategy, multi-asset class investor for over 20 years. He is a successful investor with proven quantitative, operational, financial, marketing, legal and programming expertise.

Through the years, Mr. Lewis has participated as a principal, executive, advisor and/or board member serving public and private companies.  His experience includes friendly negotiated mergers & acquisitions, hostile proxy contests, turnaround situations and leading growth companies.  He has managed companies with over $5 billion in assets and over 350 employees.

He strives to enhance shareholder value, emphasizing a character first approach with a clear understanding that customers and employees are a company’s most valuable assets.

With considerable operational experience and relevant academic training, Mr. Lewis has generated millions in investment profits using fundamental strategies such as: active value, merger arbitrage, distressed debt and event driven investing.

Using his extensive investment experience, Mr. Lewis created a number of proprietary quantitative algorithms that have also generated millions in investment profits.
