While there are numerous individuals and institutions giving their valuable time and money to many worthy causes – everything from fighting poverty, rare diseases, and climate change to endowing prestigious academic and art institutions - there is relatively little being done to educate our society as to the importance of character and the benefits of capitalism to our world. We believe these topics are critical to enhance and improve every aspect of our society and its future.
We will continue to do what we can to develop, raise awareness, and educate others in these critically important areas. It is simply the right thing to do. However, if additional funding were available, there is much more that can be done to raise awareness in these areas, both through direct actions and through leveraging the good work already being done by other organizations. Recognizing this tremendous opportunity, we have added an element of capitalism to our efforts. That is, if the people of society want it, and are willing to fund/pay for it, LW will commit more time and money toward these actions and ideals.
